Owing to its cardinal policy of focusing on individual’s holistic development and employability enhancement and aided by AISECT Group’s three decades of experience in placement-related activities, RNTU holds the distinction of having one of the most successful placement cells in Central India. It has been offering absolute placement assistance and consulting to all its students. RNTU’s T&P Department also takes initiatives to build relationships with the leading industries in various sectors so that pre-employment training can be easily made available to students. T&P is not only responsible for placing students with various companies, but we also ensure their overall growth. The department offers the students a wide variety of information, guidance, and support for their future and advises them on their career paths and areas of specialisation. Interaction with the industry is done regularly, as many speakers from well-known companies share their expertise with our students. Workshops, seminars, industrial visits, and expert lectures are regular features at the university.
The university’s training and placement department is powered by Rojgar Mantra and has an in-house training experts to train the students in aptitude, reasoning, spoken english, group discussion, technical, and HR interview skills. The university conducts rigorous pre-placement training programmes for students of agriculture, management, Information Technology, commerce, arts, science, education, paramedical to make them industry-ready throughout the academic year. The university also has an in-house placement platform named Rojgar Mantra, which helps students gain relevant employment opportunities. Rojgar Mantra is a medium for employers to tap into budding talent in line with their requirements.
